Castell Forlan - Pembrokeshire

Just to the southeast of the village of Maenclochog and hidden in woodland (owned by the forestry commission) lies the multivallate inland promontory fort, Castell Forlan (or Castell Vorlan; which sounds far cooler). I found a (confirmed) bowl barrow just west of the ramparts. This discovery has promted DYFED HER to look at a case-study for extra funding for future LiDAR surveys. An abandoned railway line (1876-1949) to Maenclochog runs beneath the east of the site. No recorded excavations or finds, hence undated.
