Mistleberry
DTM- (Digital Terrain Model, i.e. No buildings or foliage) North of Sixpenny Handley and hidden in woodland west of the RSPB Garston Wood lies the unfinished univallate hillslope fort, Mistleberry. Site first recorded as ‘Mealeburg’ in a charter of 956 AD relating to Handley, now Sixpenny Handley. No excavations, hence undated. Now on Heritage at Risk Register.
