Caer Dane

DTM- (Digital Terrain Model, i.e. No buildings or foliage) Just to the south of Perranwell & hidden within a circular copse of trees in open fields lies the multiple enclosure hillfort, Caer Dane. First written record in 1710. Field investigation in 1971 No excavations, hence undated. Iron Age tribal association (conjecture based on location): Dumnonii (Scheduled Monument)
