Cwm Castell
DTM- (Digital Terrain Model, i.e. No buildings or foliage) Hidden in woodland alongside the river, Afon Feinog and east of the village of Mydroilyn sits the heavily degraded bivallate hillfort, Cwm Castell. Traces of stone revetment to the inner bank. Entrance on SW corner & possible additional entrance protected by a short outwork on northern end. Surrounded by ancient quarries. No recorded finds or excavations, hence undated*.
