Pen Dinas – Elerch
DTM- (Digital Terrain Model, i.e. No buildings or foliage) Northwest of the village of Bont-goch lies the rocky plateau of Banc Myndd Gorddu which holds the Iron Age hillfort, Pen Dinas (Elerch). Three phase construction (Hogg). Extant hut platforms populate the site. South-side entrance flanked by a bastion on the east side approached by a causeway. Findings include Iron slag, a small pot sherd and slingstones (1999) No recorded excavations.
