DTM- (Digital Terrain Model, i.e. No buildings or foliage) Lying just to the west of Peartree Green in Herefordshire and situated on the promontory spur overlooking the river Wye this triple ramparted contour hillfort would have provided a commanding presence over the landscape. Partially excavated in 1925, finds include Roman influence but were not specified. A late 17th century cottage used to reside within its boundaries. Today pheasants are reared here within the ancient hillfort. (Scheduled monument)
