Penhargard Castle
DTM- (Digital Terrain Model, i.e. No buildings or foliage) Northwest of Bodmin & directly east of Pencarrow Rounds and alongside an Iron Age Round called Lower Helland Down lies the oval part-bivallate hillfort, Penhargard Castle. On 1st OS Amp of 1813. Last site visits in 1972. No recorded excavations or finds, hence undated.
