Rosemullion Head
DTM- (Digital Terrain Model, i.e. No buildings or foliage) Only the 225m long ramparts remain of the almost destroyed east-facing promontory fort, Rosemullion Head, which itself lies to the east of Mawnan Smith. Two round barrows on site excavated in 1900. Recovered pottery in Helston Museum. No finds from hillfort. Last used as a WW2 ammunition store. Last site visit by HES in 2012. No further details on Historic England. No recorded excavations or finds (of the fort), hence undated.
